What should we wear for pole dancing?

Shorts are essential as you need skin contact with the pole for grip. A sports bra or fitted vest top works well. No jewelry or moisturizer on the day as these affect grip. We dance barefoot for safety. Bring layers for warming up, but you'll want to remove them once you start!

Is this suitable for all ages?
